Does Weed Give you bloody noses?

Well... after getting blazed i haev a had a lot of bloody noses... wondering if this was normal

It might be possible that the smoke or heat or whatever could set your nose off bleeding, but I don't know. It's happened to me before, not really that often though. Usually if I've had a bloody nose recently before smoking.

I guess the only advice I have is to stop smoking weed all together.

I've heard of it happening a day or so after people have done pills and mushrooms and stuff.

The only time my nose ever bled was when I got in fights, so I can't help you here.

Maybe try some other weed. Take smaller hits? I say investigate it and see if there is a way you could smoke, its just so amazing.

i used to get bleeding noses all the time but not when i smoked weed just if it was to hot or to cold or even if i fel on my arse i would get 1 u have to get ur nose syringed i cant remember if tht is what it is called but i think so

It has happened to me about 4 times before, but i think it was because i was smoking more than i should have

Dude, I was wondering the same thing. I've only been smoking for about 3 weeks, but have been smoking cigarettes for a year, and about a week ago, after a weekend of getting completely blazed, I got nosebleeds. I hadn't had them in YEARS. I had just gotten over a sinus infection, so maybe that's what the cause was, but I kind of linked it to cannabis somehow, I don't know. I enjoy nosebleeds, because I like the idea of bleeding from my nose and getting it all over peoples floors, etc... the only thing I don't like about them, is when my OCD kicks in, and I start thinking about all the diseases in which nosebleeds are a symptom, lol.

she found out like a month later that she has this thingy called hayfever.... maybe thats wut caused her nosebleeds.... although she was really doing e alot around that time too... but i dont think that woulda given her a norebleed....

Smoking cigarettes causes your arteries to narrow, which can cause high blood pressure, which can cause a bloody nose. so if you smoke cigs, thats why.

now this is the interesting part..

smoking weed while standing lowers your blood pressure, but smoking weed while sitting raises blood pressure. so its possible that mj is the cause.

also, not related but interesting, when you stand up after toking up, since your blood pressure is raised above average, you experience orthostatic hypotension, which is a drastic fall in blood pressure, which causes dizziness and blurred vision.

Yea he's right, I was talking to my dad high while sitting and then I stood up and it felt so weird. I felt dizzy and light headed and my vision went blurry to were I couldn't see anything. I felt warmth spread all over my body and then it subsided.

I use to get nose bleads all the time, up until like 14,I would get them like 3-6 times a month.I eventually got so used to it that instead of it like bleading out my nose I would just snort and spit it out lol.it was fuckin wierd but it happend when I smoked to much sometimes and alot when I smoked tabaccy with the weed.
