How High?!

i have eight plants(bubble gum from buydutchseeds.com) growing indoors under eight (40) watt flouros (the 3.2k lumen style) and they are looking awesome.

they have thick stems, lotsa bud sites, and are about 16 in tall.

how high should i allow them to get before i start them on 12/12 (currently on 22/24 of light) in order to yield between 50-70 g's per plant?

btw - the flouros are the tube kind and have almost a full light spectrum, if that matters

try cfs, there better, but i dont no about the size, if you wate longer youll probably get around 100 gs insted.
