Mushroom Q

Yeah well me and my friend started off the night w/ a very small amount of alcohol and we just finished smoking a bowl. He has just informed he has some mushrooms left over. Now he just told me there a year old. Do you still think there good? (i dont know if the psilocybin can go bad or what) J/w if it would be worth eating it. Thanks:D

If they were dried right they should be ok... longest i've saved any was 6 months or so, but still worked fine

I wouldn't do it. It's probably gotten other spores in it and started molding.

Well it looks like every other dired mushrooms ive ever seen no signs of molding (although not sure if i could see that)

you can see mold... white fuzzy crap, usually will start on the bottom of the stem

Im not sure how long the potency lasts or how long untill they start to mold, im sure its more complicated than that you should research or wait for more viable information. The shroomery is a very good source for this and I remember seeing a number of posts involving your Q. Good luck n good times.

Well i took them last night... Yeah it does seem like potency went down. But now that makes me wanna buy some shrooms for this upcoming weekend. Thanks for the help though :)
