Reaosoning:
answer 1 could indicate an immature drug user (i.e. 'just cuz i do drugs everyday doesn't make me an addict, you're just a bunch of goody-goodies')
answer 2 could indicate the exact same as answer 1 (trick question)
answer 4 could indicate two things, it could indicate the same as answer 1 and 2, or (more likely) it could indicate someone that is unsure of their drug use
answer 5 of course.. really has no outstanding meaning...

and answer 3 is the only safe "right answer" since all other answers (exempt 5) aren't based on facts, they are based on perception and opinions. answer 4 could of meant the same thing, except it shows that you agree to some level with both answers, whereas number 3 only says you don't agree fully with them, but never states that you agree with them to some point.

therefore it's left as the only safe answer that could be chosen as "right"
