Well think of it this way. A 1000 watt light (merc. not recommended do to effiecency multivapors rock) will cover a 8 foot by 8 foot area with primary light and 9 by 9 with secondary light. With a track you can cover say 13 by 9 with secondary light. You will need to rotate your plants but its worth it. I throw them into bud at 4 to 5 inches and super crop (exercise) the stems so they produce a single cola that takes up 7.5 sq inches and is 12 inches high. Dry wieght is average 7.5 grams per plant. So if we take 13 feet and divide it by 7.5 inches (perpetual harvesting will increase the number by 20%) and we get 20.8 sites. Lets call it 20. Then we take 9 feet and divide by 7.5 inches and we get 14.4 so well call it 14. 14 times 20 = 280 plants at 7.5 grams each. Thats 2100 grams or 4.6 pounds. If you sell quaters for 100 bucks which is street value thats 28000 every two months per 1000 watt. I run the parobolic hoods and like them better then anything. My old room was 2000 watts on tracks and 22 feet by 9.5 feet for the bud room. Its alot of work and your going to need to sleep on your stomach so your back retains it natural curve at the lower spine(youll see) but its so much fun. I would work in my old room all day every day. So think 28000 every 65 days and that 157,000 a year if you set up a delivery serve minus 15 to 20 an hour to pay your workers. (pond liner make that puppy air tight) One MH one HPS and a garden sprayer and youll be rocken in no time. For my setup 30 mothers at two feet was fine.

Any info on TRACKS SETUP ?

Thoses are the tracks on wich the lamps move from one point to another in a straight line so that you can almost triple the number of flowering plant without compremising the yiels of each plant and therefore increasing your total yield times 3 .... RIGHT ?

Anyone ?????????

with all those lights you don't need a light mover
Also I've heard grow reports that say light movers can prolong flowering time. And if you have 3 1000 watt lights just use those and n o light mover

Light tracks are the only way to go. If you use them in veg get a slow moving one. Flowering the speed dont really matter but the flux in veg of light intensity over years can burn a plant out and slow growth a bit. I dont dig big plants as they take longer to flower and are not as potent. Light tracks do not slow anything and only increase yields and grow space.

Jdog are you telling me that 20 plants under a 1000 watt will yeild more then 280? Please tell me you are kidding. I hope you are getting 2 plus ounces a plant but I doubt it in a 4 sqaure foot area.

No thats 4 plus ounces a plant for you to keep up with my setup. Are you serious? Even if that was true you would have to veg for a ridiculus amount of time and your plants would be giants and not flower as quick as mine. Your veg room would take up a entire level of your house if you what 4 ounces a plant.

Your larger plants as if a qp a plant is not large enough would need to yeild 12 ounces a plant to keep up. not only would they not flower fast but how do you expect to water them at 4 plus feet wide. How do you reason what you said with producing yield. Please tell me. I dont mean to be rude but cannabis plants are not grown to build a tree houses in. I think the dirty south wants the maxium nugs per watt and that is not how you get it. If you think I am wrong I would love to hear what you have to say
