its a way of smoking weed, it requires 2 metal butter knifes, a way to make the tips red hot(a porpane torch, or eletric stove works good) and your weed rolled in to littel tinny balls about the size of a BB heat the knifes until red hot, take one lil ball of weed, and touch one the tip of one knife to the weed, and stick the other knife on it and a stream o smoke comes up, and this will get u blitzed

my oil and hash always beads up and rolls off, best way to smoke is with an incense coal. take coal, and put on (empty) upsidedown soda/beer can lifht it up and wait...it looks cool in the dark. then put some stuuf on a paperclip and next to coal. it will heat up and drip off, be ready with empty lungs and a staw. as soon a it drops their will be a mushroom cloud of smoke!

yea, when i want a hash knifer, i take a paper clip and unfold it and stick the hhash and resin on the end and do it that way

I was introduced to hot-kniving in the U.K. when I was visiting Europe. I went to a growers house, and he had nepalese temple balls, which he proceeded to hotknife. I had no idea what he was doing at first... the steps go something like this:

1.Station yourself near a stove, and table
2. Place a knife on the table (We'll call this knife #1) and set you smokables (preferably rolled into one small mass)
3. Get a glass canning jar or cup and put it upside down on the table, over knife #1
4. Heat another knife, knife #2, over high heat on your stove until it is glowing red
5. Lift jar and squeeze the now red hot knife #2 down onto knife #1, and your smoking materials, carefully position the jar over the two knives as quick as possible.
6. Now there should an instantaeous, thick cloud of smoke inside the overturned jar. Flip, inhale and hold on!

it works very well, and gets you very high. but you are also stoned off your ass with 2 glowing hot knives in your hand. if you think you can handle it go for it. well worth the trouble

OMG they are maybe one of the most CRAZY and wicked ways of getting stoned. I find anyways. But if you do them for the first time, have some water or something cold to drink by you. It tends to burn your throat. You get use to it fast thou. The first time I did it, it took me by surprise.

To answer why it gets you so messed up...well truth is I don't know for sure. I assume it is because you are taking the smoke and if done right there will be no waste what-so-ever. So really you get what you roll.

I know this is an old post, but after stumbling upon it, I decided to try it. Sadly, I just smoked my last joint last night, and won't be getting my 1/4 ounce until later this afternoon. So, what am I going to use? I found a few roaches in my room, and decided that they'd be perfect to try out hotknives for the first time. I mean, what do I have to lose? For instance, I found those roaches, if I hadn't of found them, I'd never find them, and they'd go to waste, so why not test out this hot knives thing?
I'll post again and tell you if it gets me high. I hope it does, as I don't watn to wait until later today to get high, and I haven't been high in almost 24 hours. Then again, my tollerance is super-high, due to being a pretty much daily smoker since like, march.
