what to do?

These are 7 plants. Was wondering what to do when the sex shows and if a male pops up. would there still be a pollination problem if I just clipped it at the bottom of the stem right at the dirt? I was told it grows better next to each other thats the only reason why I have them so close.

ya want to cut the male out for sure at the dirt would be fine as long as theres not a branch that a leaf could pop back up also I wait til theres a couple of balls on the very top cause sometimes those balls will pop out hairs Ive pulled a many female before but just wait til the balls pile on but watch them carefully later
