oh my god nutmeg is a giant waste of time... when I was young, desperate and pot-less, I turned to this nasty spice. I was stupid enough to try and eat the shit that you find in the cupboard.. not only does is it the WORST taste in the world, but it doesn't work and just makes you feel sick for hours.

But if you're really determined, go to a health food store and get the actual nutmegs, not the mccormick spice shit...

but seriously if you want something to mellow you out, smoke weed. if you want a trip, find shrooms or acid... nutmeg is lame as hell.

i got fucked up on nutmeg once a friend of mine brother bought like 1/2 lbs. of it ground. we brewed it like tea and drank the shit out of it. it was the nastiest shit ive ever drunk. nothing happened ...i went to bed but when i woke up i was fucked up i could hrdly stand, but it wasn't a clean buzz. it made me feel like shit and lasted like 6 hours. i never tried it agian, i don't suggest it
