actually the vancouver police have not done anything to stop the emergance of cafes that sell weed, and there are actually a number of them selling weed.

You'll want to go to the East Hastings Road the E300 block, which is just east of downtown Vancouver. I asked a waiter there, and he gave me directions of where to get it. (about 300 ft from the cafe)....
