A friend of mine has 3 plants growing in a home made "grow box". They have been growing for about 4 weeks or so now. The two plants in one pot have been growing at a relitivly average pace but the one in the pot by its self is a paradice seeds magic bud. It has grown quite vergerously and is only about 2 weeks old. In the recent weeks the plants started to devolop strange spots that apeared that the leaf was thiner in that area and then it turned a dead orange/yellow colour. The growth of all three plants has also slowed right down. When i asked him what he was using for air circulation he said he was using nothing. Could this be the problem? I would really apreshiate any feed back! Im new to this web site, as i came from Overgrow.com. So i am looking forward to some new friends to gain some more knowledge and share info with eachother.

Hey Rastaman!
Welcome!!! You're going to like it here... people are very friendly.
I'm a noob, but, do you know the pH of your water?
That's the only thing that pops to mind...
Best,

Looks like ph is off or severe nutrient burn.Have you been feeding it chemical fert. at a rediculous level?

If you dont have a meter I would check out the Hanna 9044 cheap and does it all. Very accurate. Better then any you will find in a grow shop at a third of the price. Check ebay or call Hanna for your local distributor. it 120 usd and does temp, ppm microsiemen ph and is a constant monitor so no worries about batteries. I have tested the ones in the shops and just dont get a truncheon they are a promotion for a company that makes expensive equiptment in new zealand are they sell them to the shops for 19 dollars. not worth the 120 they are sold for. I called the company to get answers about this expensive stirrer that would give me a lower ppm on both i tested when i would add 1000s of ppms. They are good for playing magician while scuba diving bout thats about it.
One love
