First shroom experiance

So me and my bud finally got the opprotunity to do some shrooms but I have to admit, we were kinda scared. We kept hearing stories about bad trips and whatnot and it was kinda gettin to us. So we decided to finally try them. The way they looked didn't help at all and everyone said they would taste like total shit. We ended up making some tea with an 8th (3.5g) so we had about 1.7g doses each. We took some tea bags, chrushed up the shrooms and put them in there, boiled some water and took it off the heat (which is important if you want to try this) put the bag in along with a peppermint tea bag. Didn't taste bad at all, had a shroomy aroma to it if you concentrate on it but was pretty good. It took no time at all to hit, at MOST 10 minutes to reach the peak. Once it started out, I felt like I was plopped into a dream and everything had a fantasy type glow to it. We were just chillin on a couch in his back yard and we started trippin hard, my friend had visuals such as everything turning red, and some vortex he kept talking about. I didn't have too many visuals, just random patterns when I closed my eyes but everything looked really strange. It was a great trip though, me and my friend were suprised at how awesome it turned out to be. We were just walking around his back yard, trippin balls and talking. I felt like I had a million things going on in my head and I wanted to say them all at once, my friend was telling me everything had yellow and red text patterns on it. It was night and looking at space was a trip, all the stars were so bright and vibrant. All in all, the trip was WAY better then I had expected and I remember wondering how it could possibly turn bad. Even when I tried to think of demons and whatnot, it just didn't scare me, I was just tooooo happy.

We ended up smokin some weed on the come down but I really wish I hadn't, once we did that I felt SO blazed, like over the top... and was totally diffrent then what I just experianced. A good shroom trip is worth the money, I can definatly say it was the single greatest time of my life.

Thats great to hear. I have always wanted to do shroom tea, but i hear it doesnt last as long as eating them.

Yeah I can imagin thats true, we were expecting the peak to last like 3 or 4 hours when it was more like an hour and a half. Then again the shroom bag we had was mostly stems with 2 caps, it's hard enough to get shrooms so we just settled with it. The tea kicks in a lot faster and reduces the nausea (i had some nausea but it wasn't bad) but it probably just does not last as long.

yeah. theres two things i hat ea bout shroomz, the taste, and the nausia/stomach ache when they first start hitting. but they are buy far the coolest drug ever

Well, the directions for tea I found said to use half a cup of water per dose (however much that is) but we didn't have a measuring cup so we just poured some in. Bring the water to a boil, remove from heat and put shrooms in. You can crush them up with a coffee grinder or whatever and you can put them in a tea bag like I did, or throw them in and strain the tea once its done. Once the shrooms are in, leave them in for like 5-10 minutes stiring occasionally.

Never tried tea, I mostly just ate them straight or along with some pizza. Never did get any nausea. I did get "shroom-belly" a lot though. That's the giant gas bubbles that build up in your stomach when your coming down. Anyone else get that?

so u only had 1.7g each? Thats the reason you didnt see too much. Once you pass the 3 gram mark, shroom trips are even more crazy, and intense.
