In case you didn't know, things get destroyed in wars, and the schools WE built are much more useful than the other "schools" aka run down buildings they had.

GTFO, enough said.

We invade their country, bomb their city, kill their civilians, and you think their thankful? im sure maybe 10-15% of iraqis are living in better conditions, but how many have been killed and look at all the problems we caused, bombs kill people EVERY FUCKING DAY over there and you think they are grateful? turn off the fox network you ignorant fuck.

the article made me want to fly over to Iraq and kick some shiites in the nuts, if all those idiots would put down the AK-47's and the RPG's then maybe they would stop killing each other and provoking more violence. I also wanna kick bush in the mouth, what a nigger!

the removal of saddam has just allowed the more violent extremists to run amok in the cities. In the coming months things can only only get worse for the people and the soldiers stationed there.

This whole war on terror thing is absurd. According to state department reports only about 700 people (including 40 Americans) are killed each year by "terrorists" - out of a world population of 6.5 billion. At that rate it will take the "terrorists" 50 years to kill as many people as the US has killed in 3 years in Iraq (30,000 innocent civilians).

The only reason of the war on terror is to make politicians like George Bush look good and of course all the military-industrial complex makes a ton of money. The average American just doesn't understand that he's far more likely to be killed in a car accident (40000 per year) or be killed by another American (20000) than to even see a terrorist.

How many people per year die from weapons of mass destruction, chemical weapons or biological weapons wielded by terrorists? Zero.

I would bet my life that Saddams Govt was just as corrupt as the US govt.I doubt that but I would bet plenty of Iraqi's see it that way. Under a dictatorship not everyone suffers so you have this clash of people that are indeed worse-off now that it's gone.

I find myself rather displeased that the news stations only post the death count of American soldiers (that being about 2,380 or so right now). Besides the fact that the bush administration killed over 2,000 of the people they were supposed to protect, we never get to hear about the death toll from all the civilians and other nations troops. instead we watch CNN and see "2,380 troops dead now" and people don't think beyond that as the extent of the death. considering we keep seeing "187 civilians killed over a 3 day period" on a constant basis, a SHITLOAD more lives have been lost and that deserves some attention. Not to mention a lot of these war-supporters only consider the death toll, not the thousands and thousands of more people who come home with no arms, legs, or brain damage (head-trauma induced brain damage of troops is actually twice the rate of limb losses).
