Stuck in the best friend stage

Hello, there is this girl that I really like. I met her a few years ago and have been friends ever since. We sort of said we were going out in 6th grade but i dont really count that. Me and her are bestfriends. And sadly, i am in love with her. She is amazing. She is beautiful. I love her so much. Whenever she is sad or anything she always comes to me and i hold her and she tells me how much better that makes her feel. We talk alot and i know her better than anyone. She always has a boyfriend it seems and all she does is complain about him and shit and they always end up breaking up. Lately shes been really coming on to me and acting like she really likes me and how she wants to hang out with me and just me. Anyways i dont know what to do. I really like her but i dont know if she likes me. In other words ive got to find a way to get her to just be crazy about me. I love her so much and if she would give me a chance we would be perfect it seems. I dunno maybe i seem hopeless or whatever but im a little high.

Anyways i need your advice, especially Ganjasaurusrex!!!

Tell her how you feel man while you've got the chance. You could just say the truth that you gotta let her know cus you're spending so much time together you can't hide your true feelings from her anymore but don't let her go without doing anything or you'll lose her anyway and she'll grow cold towards you instead. :sadcrying That'll break your heart bigtime if you sit around doing nothing and let that happen. being just friends with a girl you have feelings for sucks i had almost the same situation as you we both liked eachother alot and it was like were going out and we were best of friends but then she started liking another guy and she gave me the i still like you as a friend speach and now she broke up like a week ago with him (the guy from my other post) but now she likes someone else (shell never make up her mind on who she likes) and when i hung out with her when she came back from vacation and was single it was kindof aqward like she dosent like being touched by me ill sit next to her and shell move to another seat or ill put my arm around her or if touch her face or hair she sometimes backs away she never used to do that i asked her what was wrong and she said she just didnt feel herself because shes been in vermont for so long so hopefully shell stop being like that

if you can break the just friends thing which is a very hard thing to do mainly because neither one of you wants to ruin your friendship then your lucky so i wish you luck and hopefully my friend will remeber how much she liked me and maybe start having feelings for me again

From what you said, it sounds like she's definately into you. Hang out with her, just you and her, a lot and see how it goes. Something is bound to happen, if I'm right, sparks will fly. :)

or she could be having the same feelings but not want to breech that whole friends but maybe more thing. dude, girls are strange (being one I know...), shoot for all you know she's using these other guys to distance you from her, way of protecting herself from having to risk rejection etc, does that make sense? i think its hopeless man, i used to always fall into that best friend stage befor i knew what i was doin. If you try to act like a nice perfect guy, girls wont dig it. You gotta let them know you want them from the start.
