I have a 23 minute mp3 of white noise and a thunderstorm. I burn a couple of tracks of it to a CD and listen to it. It puts me out. If anyone knows a place I can post it for free I'll be glad to.

How does that put you to sleep? If I fall asleep to my TV on and that shit starts to static the first thing I want to automatically do is throw my fucking shoe at it, not go back to sleep.
