First let me say that in the earlier stages of bloom you might want to water for 15 min every 3 hours. As they take in more water u should boost water to 15 min. every 1-2 hours. As for your tds issue, you should take note of your total disoved solids before u mix nutrient maybe your water is hard to begin with. I will say that I personally run mine at 1200ppm once 2 weeks into bloom.

you could have root rot starting, check the temp of your nutes. It should be around 70f, and it should be circulating so the plant can get oxygen. I would put a teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide (the kind you buy in a drug store) per 1 gal of nutes

What's your res temp and what color are your nutes? if the roots are the color of the nutes then that is not it. If it's too hot that will do it. Sounds like not enough water. Roots browning are not good either. Flush with PH water use hydrogen peroxide. Check the res temp.

I would put a teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide (the kind you buy in a drug store) per 1 gal of nutes your organics...If you are using organics additives, and I think you are...you must buy some sensi-zyme or hygrozyme to treat your rez...On the other hand...If you are using straight chemical nutes....like gh or AN 3-part, then H2o2 works great...imho:smokin:

LocNar...you gave me an idea...even though organic nutes are being used...If you changed out res/flushed with ph'd H2o2 solution...then flushed with water to rinse H2o2...you could probably, go right back to organic nutes...or you could switch at that point (I, wouldn't) to 3-part chem nutes.

I use both...I get good results from both...but I use AN 3-part/AN additives/botanicare organic additives in my master formula and botanicare nutes additives exclusively for my 'veggies'.

you need some enzymes to battle root-rot, dead root matter, and keep your rez purring like a kitten...

goodluck...I will look in to see which direction you took, later.
