if there is a cluster of balls at an internode its male if there are 2 whispy hairs in the shape of a "V" at the internode its a female

if you post a pic maybe someone can help. 2 leafs at the internode means nothing when trying to sex a plant. male and female plants both have leaves. preflowers are what you are looking for. i have no male preflower pics but these are female preflowers circled in red. sorry about the photo quality, i'm a grower not a photographer!

one of my friends told me that if u have a male plant that u can stick a toothpick threw the bottom of the stock and kill the plant but to keep watering it and it will come bak a female i dont believe it can someone clear this up for me????:smokin:
