Nothing gets to me more than when Ive got a bunch of wonderful cali pot, a fun new piece i'm dying to use, In N Out munchie food, and no lighter. Not smoking because you dont have weed is understandable but not being able to when all you need is one little touch from a lighter flame drives me maaaaaad. Im so down:( .

lol, I hate when I have no lighter. Then I usually go and buy a new one at a gas station. Maybe you should just do the same?

take some steal wool and a 9vlt battery.
touch the steal wool tot he battery and it will gect hot enough to light paper on fire.
take the paper, and light something like a stick on fire and use it to light your bowl

one day i brought all my weed to school plus my paraphenalia and could not fucking wait until the end of the day. i go to smoke with my buddies, and i realize that i have no fucking light!! what a bummer... i tried to bum them and i couldnt get one, so i had to wait until the next day, when i brought it to school too, then realized it was out of fluid. now, in my wallet, i have a zippo, a gas station lighter, and two small books of matches in case the going gets rough.

i started carrying refillable gas station lighters after this summer. They are GREAT.

A $2 regular ole' Bic lighter lasts plenty long, and a few lighters here and there usually just pop up out of nowhere.

happened to me 2 months back, you gotta be resourceful. yo havta rol a jay to use this method and if you dont have papers then roll a joint with tinfoil (its gunna get fucking hot though, if you have tweezers use those as a roach clip). so anyways press down on the toaster and take a piece of computer paper and press it up agianst the red bars inside the toaster. the corner of the paper will catch on fire and then hold it up to your joint and suck in. first hits gunna be harsh but it all depends on how bad you wanna smoke.

How about rubbing two sticks together ha ha sorry I was gonna say toaster, but that one was already taken. I smoke cigarettes, so I ALWAYS make sure I have a lighter. Just buy a pack of them and keep them in a drawer.. good luck though

This was a fun read. I've never in my life had a lighter shortage. I always know theres gonna be one in either a jacket pocket or a purse or behind the seat of one of the cars. Ya just gotta look for em cuz they like to hide.:p

The worst is when your at a park at night with a few jays and no lighter, this has happened once to me and we were already too stoned to walk anywere to get one so we just waited in the park for 20 mins for someone to walk past who had a lighter:p.

I have once had a lighter shortage i was crushed thinking i would never get to smoke and my mind started racing and almost had a heart attack and kicked my dog then burnt my toast trying to light paper and got smoke in my eye then got off my lazy ass and swiped one from my bro!
