Best place to purchase Quick Fix 4.0?

For those of you who have purchased this product, where did you purchase it? I have a test coming up in about a week or 2. I've not smoked in over 2 weeks and will have about 2 weeks until the test. I tested positive with an at home test last night and am sending it to the lab today for more evaluation (and for my own information as well).

For several reasons.. the expiration date... it could have been tampered with... the shipping might be a problem if it doesn't get to you in time...and there's no guarantee offered from the manufacturer. 200% guaranteed is hard to beat!

Hope it works for ya. Once you open it look on the directions for a manufacture date.I don't trust to buy from E-Bay due to you never know how old it is? Just my opinion?
I know its cheaper but how do you put a price on your Job?

It was shrinkwrapped with plastic and sealed, Formula 4.0 in the box, everything included.
