light bulb vape

today i made a light bulb vaporizer and when i smoked with it the smoke tasted really really strange and even kind of harsh sometimes, and i was wondering if it tasted weird cause of chemicals in the light bulb? i washed it out w/ water a lot, but never soap or alcohol or anything. or does it just taste really different when ur smoking w/ a vaporizer?

its not smoke its vapor thats why its called a vaporizer and not a smoker sorry

What other components are you using in this? For instance, if you're using a plastic straw as a mouth piece there is a good chance that it is too far into the light bulb and thus melts causing you to inhale plastic vapours. Surgical tubing instead may help, if it is available to you. Other more suitable materials may be found on the web.

I never found light bulb vapes to be very efficient with herb at all though, crack and heroin is another story.

Yeah, even in my real vaporizer, it tastes way different.
