DXM or not?

I have a full bottle of Rite-Aid Tussin DM, but I'm confused as to whether this will produce a trip or not. it says Non-narcotic on the front, but Dextromethorphan is an active ingredient it says on the back.

here's what it says:

Active Ingredients (in each 5mL teaspoonful)
Gualfenesin 100mg.............Expectorant
Dextromethorphan HBr, USP 10mg..............Cough Suppressant

If DXM is the active ingredient then it will have you tripping but you can't use that bottle because it has gualfenesin, that is if you don't mind vomiting endlessly for hours, find one with just dxm and nothing else.;)

yeah it will work, but high doses of guaifenesin make you puke. at least to my knowledge it will work cause the dxm is in there

dude take the robitussin cough gels, the red gell pill things, take the whole bottle. if you take dm i think you will inevitably barf

yea you need to get stuff that's active ingredients are just DXM.

yea, and if u get a bottle with any other ingredients theres less then 300 mg which isnt worth chugging

my friend drank a bottle with guifanessin in it. he puked once and that was it... why are people so scaarrreedddd? they also say coricidins will kill you EVERYTIME YOU TAKE THEM is that true too?

not everyone reacts the same to shit. but large doses of guaifenesin are 'supposed' to induce lots of vomiting. dont know about the coricidins

You should try to find stuff that only has Dextromethorphan as an active ingrediant.

The reason why Coricidins are dangerous and can kill you, that says can, not ALWAYS, is another active ingreiant that requires the same enzime in you liver as Dextromethorphan to be processed. It is a very limited enzime and when the two drugs start to fight for it you liver starts to malfunction.
