Pepper?? sounds acidic if it's helping you plants maybe you soil is base. Which could explain some plroblems. What kinda problems are you having? And how old are your sprouts.

dude...outdoor in winter is easy.....u needa work with a pine tree.....u cut off the bottom branches so its practically hoolow and then tie the higher ones down to shade yer shit.....then u plant....the snow wont get on yer plants and the frost is blocked by the branches of the pine.....also, the roots give off heat to warm it...u get a dark purple plant but it works......i dont have ne pix of this years winter grow cuz like i said they r dead.....i got a fake fert and its pissing me off....i ordered this spider mite, leaf eater killer+food, nutes, and ferts all in one(basically the weed genie) and i used it exactly how it said and i came back 5 mins later after gettin sumtin to eat and they were dead....it was a fake thing to kill yer plants......never buy the shit...ill get the name soon....dont have the bottle on me
