outside in the midwest grow question

Hey im planning a small grow, only about 9 or 10 plants in southern illinois and i was wondering if anyone had any experience with the right time to plant the seeds, right now it gets down to about 10 degrees at night and 45 degrees at day so im not planning on planting soon. Any info is welcome:smokin:

probably around april sometime, im more towards the middle of the state and if i remember right last frost is april ~15 here
