1st off, you give no details. even if we knew what strain you are growing you don't say when it was planted, size of pot or even if it's in soil or hydro. but judging from what you did give i'll go out on a limb and guesstimate anywhere between 3 grams and an oz.
2nd, you can't do a sea of green or sea of anything with one plant.

del is correct. SOG was designed for many small plants, usually clones. The idea is to keep an even canopy for equal light distribution. If it were my only plant I would veg it for sixty days, take a couple clones, LST and flower it. By the time it was finished the two you cloned should give you many clones and then you can take a dozen and do a SOG.

ya.. what JJ said..
or if you're going to stick with one plant you could attempt a ScrOG. with one plant under 250w in soil you can yield 2-3oz depending on the strain
can we get details and pics????

true, you need more details, but as you can see he said 'shall I do SOG instead' so if im right he wasnt planning to do it with the 1 plant if he was doing sog

i have a 150hps scrog with 4 42watt cfls in there also. i usually harvest about a qp off 1 plant this way. i would assume you could do substantially better with a 250 and a little practice
