Do you think 2 weeks is long enough to lower your tolerance, or is it just a mental thing?

2 weeks will lower your tolerance a fairly good ammount, when people tell you to take breaks 2 weeks and a month are the numbers I always here.

Yeah my tolerance goes down even after just 24 hours of no toking, I notice my next smoke gets me much higher :p
