ok i have no pics becuse i have no digi camera.......yet===

but whats all the fuss???? dose it realy matter to go 18on 6 off ?
i have mine lights set at 16on 8 off cuse my babbies are in the same room as me and with all the noise i need at least 8 hours to sleep? dose it realy matter??

Also since this is my second time a bought a fan to cool down the room( grow box) and they did not toumble over like my first try but i notice they still seem floppy.in the wind. Is it a good idea to stake them anyways and how or which would be a good method to stake.since there only like 2inchs tall.

i guess i am just a little on edge becuse i've never been this far in ( a few weeks in) but its far for me....

also i have one little guy that i think i put in the water to soon... i'll:cool: do my best to explain but the first set of leafs look normal.. (the little first ones that come first) the second set are trying to come in but the are sso so small and don,t seem to want to start forming.. like i stunt the growth of it.. can i fix it.. the root is long but that seems like the only thing growing.. Gee if anyone read this thanks.. .........never going stop trying!!!!!!

'Put in the water'? Im guessing you mean hydroponics. If not, then just ignore this post.
I think youve put the seedling in the hydro kit too soon... I have no experience with hydro, but Ive read from quite a few people that you should only put the plant in the hydro medium after the 4th or 5th node has formed - with a good light, after about a month.
Oh, and the fan - try not to have the fan blowing wind DIRECTLY on the plant, if its too strong (even on its lowest setting). Try pointing it in the corner of your growroom, or if you have lights which heat up a lot (HID, Sodium, Halogen etc) then have the fan pointing at the light, which will still cool the room down and provide some artificial wind so the plants stem will grow stronger and thicker (like me :p )

i'm not sure exactly how long the dark has to be to start flowering(12/12 for flower but 13/11 works to, so.......) but over 6 hrs and you'r playing with fire. i could be wrong so maybe someone else can chime in. they are in the room with you? you know the dark period has to be complete darkness with no interuptions. it asbsolutely has to be complete darkness for flowering but it is still important in veg imo. i have heard people have problems from just the red "reset" light on power strips. i cover mine with tape to be safe. good luck

16/8 is perfectly fine. They probably wont quite as fast, but thats fine.

I started mine with 14/10 because I was away on vacation for the first 30 days and didnt want them growing into the light. I bumped up to 16/8 a week before flowering so that they would definately notice the change to 12/12.

peace!
joe.
