are waterbottle bongs bad?

ive been smokeing out of waterbottle bongs for a while. And one of my friends said "you can get cancer" or something from the plastic

Lol I doubt that's true, but if your actually burning any plastic on the bottle the fumes will probably be toxic, I used to have a plastic bong with a metal base and bowl and that was fine untill I broke it :(

yeah heating up the plastic will harm you....but if you have a proper pipe and dont heat the plastic then its no different from using a normal plastic bong.

its not bad for you, but one thing i do hear from many people is that smoking using aluminum cans and tinfoil and that stuff is bad, and i gotta admit when you smoke using a foil bowl it does taste different

yea i figured, I avoid it at all costs, but when it comes down to using foil or not being high, hey i already smoke ciggarettes what a little aluminum in my lungs?
