question about daily factoid/thc absorbing.

i saw a daily factoid on the home page and it said THC INSTANTLY absorbs....is that true? like holding in your hits not getting you higher? and like, i got a Chalise and i was wondering if i pack a whole bowl, and just keep hitting it and exhaling through my nose and keep hitting it so like the whole bowl speed smoked, would that waste weed?>sorry stoned questions

Holding in a hit doesnt get you much higher, but does help coat your lungs in loads of tar. Before you take a hit, have a real good long hard cough. It opens up your broncial tubes, and thus the beautiful THC is absorbed quiker, and you dont loose any. But good advice is dont hold it in. If you do, you blow out less smoke than you would if you didnt. Where do you think that smoke is going?
