Can someone tell me the name of a program that can open up already made gif images and edit the individual frames? the simpler/smaller the better.

Photoshop/Imageready. i dont know of any thing smaller.

thanks dude, ive had imageready on my pc for a long time and this is the first time ive actually run it wow i had no idea

jup, flash & Imageready :thumbsup: export from imageready to photoshop & you can edit all frames seperately
