Ripper
04-06-2006, 06:35 PM
I dont agreee that its a tin pot league........

Theres a different style to English football thats all

What I seem to recall that Celtic(a scottish team) that was the first team to win the european cup.........

Its swings and roundabouts man...there is so much foriegn money in the FA Premiership its unreal.....

Even MU is owned by an American pair of weirdy brothers

Definatley not Tinpot. okay at times not very inspiring but its got passion and spirit

The English FA teams all just look like money making operations now

Well said ripper, celitic were the first team 2 win the euro cup I`ll agree with u on that point but its still a tin pot league thats why celtic and rangers are beggin 2 join the english premiership.

I was thinking more along the lines of 6/20 league wins. I have nothing against Celtic, they're a decent side. Scottish football is suffering from a lack of quality at the moment as the Old firm tighten their belts. Even Hearts with their comedy management skills this season have put up a show, whilst the rest of the league haven't a brass farthing to rub together.
Celtic have some fantastic young players coming through, but the rest of the team is old. As Hearts strengthen next year and Le Geun goes to Rangers with a large budget........without rambling on, this I feel will lead to the Humbling of the Hoops next year.
.....Unless you spend.

I know thomas cook do them from Scotland but you have to be a season ticket holder.
