best light for cloning??

thinking of making a propagator, what light would be best and how much will it cost?

for my clones i use a lil 60 watt light that sit over my kitchen sink with a lil shelf under it. They roots in about 5-8 days with cloning jel and rockwoool cubes. 24 hr light. my success rate for the last five or six harvest has been an amazing 100%.

i use a 13watt cfl over my bubble cloner on 24/0. i got the bulb for $0.50 at the local discount store. my cloner and light was under $11 total!!
