Light bulb vaporizer question

ok ive read a tutorial on how to make a lightbulb vaporizer and i know how to do everything but one thing

on the lightbulb, how do i break off the metal end?:confused:

You don't thats how you attach the cap on to the top. But don't make it you'll end up hating it (or atleast I did) it is a waste of weed. It takes a large amount of weed to get the high and the high is shit. If you want an efficent way of smoking make a gravity bong it conserves way more weed. If you really want a vaporizer buy one from what I've heard they're worth it.

and i made a shitty gravity bong once, but i didnt have anything to make it a true bong, so it turned out to be a gravity pipe lmao

Oh what I did was press it down so it was flat then sanded it smooth. But you could probably take a razor blade and saw throgh it because I recall it being pretty soft metal.

Basically, you cut/saw it off above the top ring of the spiral part. I used a hacksaw blade because I had an extra one in my dad's woodshop, but a pocketknife will do.

Once you cut it off, you'll need to bust through the glass to get into the chamber; a bic pen can do this nicely.

I love my lightbulb vape;the amount you have to smoke is comparable to a bowl, and the high is a lot more like the kind you get off of brownies. It's also very chill, because it doesn't smoke/smell up your room. Enjoy!

i have made one it gets you really ripped if made correctly 5 things wash out the bulb idk the reason behind it but it tastes better,and dont make the mouth peice fit too well if it fits loose it causes a tornado effect inside the bulb making it rip better,also use a candel because it is not a good idea to have a lighter lit for that long,dont keep the bulb on one spot for too long or it will burn the weed not vaporise it, finally you know when its heated when you see little wisps comming off the weed

Well I am trying to make one right now. But I have run into a problem, When I cut off the top ridge thing or whatever it's called, there is some green rubbery stuff thats solid. Any advice on how to take that off?

you can just run some water through it so all the glass shards and any other things from the manufacturing of the bulb

Basicly to make one you get a lightbulb (100W is best), cut off the top bit, break the glass bit inside it and empty it so you have a hollow glass bulb with a hole in one end. Then just chuck some weed in the bulb, put a cap on the open end (soft drink bottle cap) and hold a lighter under the bulb to heat it up so all the THC evaperates and then take the cap off and inhale all the THC.

Problem is if it's not hot enough u wont get any THC and if it's too hot the weed will burn and some of the THC will be distroyed.

I made one a while back and me and a mate were trying it out (already pretty stoned) and he heated it up with a lighter and then droped it on his pants, and being polyester cricket pants it burnt a huge hole in them :p .

To sum up; You may as well give it a try but there a bad idea :dance:

yeah these things suck. I felt nothing (good weed too) soI took the weed out rolled myself a J then smoked it. Of course I didn't get that high though because I had already vaporized most of the THC.
