I just posted about my drug test on tuesday- I have just got hired at a hospital. I have just completed my Phlebotomy Program. Anyone who works at a hospital- is the drug test like anyother> or will I be watched during the procedure? thanks again!

I don't know any specifics, but I would guess that Hospitals are bound by the same privacy standards as other private industry.

Sure, they are more used to dealing with medical tests, but they are also very sensitive to privacy laws.

It wouldn't make much sense to save themselves from hiring one cannabis user, but get hit with a $20 million dollar lawsuit.
