today i realised that one of my lamps was sticked all night on the leaves of my baby so 4 leaves were totally burned i cut them of... so the damage is small i think but is there anything i can do to help my plant?

Your plant is fine and there's nothing more you can do besisdes not letting the plants grow onto the lights again.
