I have been caught 2 times in 3 months. The first time she caught me I got grounded for a while and yelled at alot. The second time my mom came in and talked to me about it no yelling or anything. I think since my grades are fine I have straight A's (I wake and bake nearly daily too) that they can't say it's ruining my school performance or making me lazy. Seeing as I am forced to be lazy by my doctor. And there is no reasoning behind it except it's illegal. My question is do you think my mom will get over the illegal part seeing as she's figured out I'm going to do it anyways, and is there anything I could tell her/ show her that might persuade her to let me smoke.

Seems like she already has. Just keep your grades up and don't give her a reason to bitch at you. Try to be helpfull around the house and shit.

Just dont rub their nose in it - smoke outside if possible, letting them know that youre going OUTSIDE (in the garden) for a smoke can also be a good thing. If you paint or draw/do creative stuff when stoned, show them your paintings and stuff aswell so they can see that its not only something you do to feel good and have a laugh.
Also, if you dont drink (like me) try telling them that its a lot more safer than drinking and there hasnt been a single death as a result of marijuana use. Just a few ideas, Im sure theres loads more that people can come up with.
