Can't we use those anymore? I know I have one myself, but everytime I wanna change it, it says you may not upload animated avatars. I'm using the exact same gif format so what's the dilly? :) If it's obvious, so sorry for nagging.

Some settings changed during upgrade. Problem fixed. They should work now.
