does anybody know if taking e while on anti-deppressants makes it so you dont feel the effects as much, b/c apparently the anti-deppressant serotonin reuptake inhibitor thing blocks what makes e make you feel good and stuff, people i talked to said taking e while on anti-deppressants would be a waste of a pill. has anybody taken extasy while on anti-deppresants (lexapro specifically)

In general its a bad idea, both MAOI's and SSRI's slow down the metabolism of serotonin, making it linger in the synaptic gap for longer, and with the increased levels of serotonin caused by E, takin an anti depressent on top of ecstasy may cause you to get serotonin syndrome, which can be fatal.

It doesnt work (gettin high whilst on antidpressants), Ive tried it, but you can take prozac up to 6 hours after popping pills to help with comedown and prevent any sort of brain damage.
MAOIs are very dangerous to take on E as is DXM which inhibits sweating
