Seeds

I'm thinking about starting to grow my own stash, and I've built a nice hydroponic system out of an old aquarium, so the next step is to get some seeds. I was at Nirvana Seeds and found the strain I wanted, but after I looked at details it said "Shipping restrictions: Canada, Germany, United States." Now I live in the US so does that mean I can't order those seeds? And if so where can I go to order some good seeds.
