best type of strain

I was just curious as to what everyone thought the best quantity vs. quality type of strain was and how much is a typical yield. it will be grown inside in a grow room if that helps.

You want an indica to get stoned. Sativas generally have a clear, motivational high.

Some quality indicas are afghani, mango, northern lights...

For a trippy rexlaxing stoned high, I would go for Big bud This strain does not knock the fuck out of you and it has a killer yield (indoor and outdoor)!

You will notice that they say it has a very strong high but ask anyone on this board, it's extremelly mellow!
