View Full Version : plant trouble-can u save a plant if?

one of my branches was torn from the main stem its a great branch with plenty of flowering.is it possible that the plant may die and or just the branch. the branch is still attached somewhat. will it still grow or is it useless;can i clone the branch.this just happen today. the branch was pretty big and riped half the main but there are still good branches attached so resolution to save/branch.this is fucked up to get so far and do something so stupid any answers would be greatly appreciated

yeah if their is still some of the branch connected, use some Pruning Seel in the crack so no air gets to it. Then let the pruning seel dry, and the plant will have a chance of healing itself. I would also tie the branch up to releive stress and help it focus on fixing itself. It will form a big knot in a couple of weeks where it broke, and then you can peal the seel off.

soak a little peat moss in ph'd water and superthrive...wrap a thin layer of peat around stem, holding it in place, wrap cheese cloth or gauze, wrap around broken stem a few times and pray...hope this helps.lw

Lol, im glad it worked bluntman......i was trying to decide if it was spelt Seal or Seel for the longest time. Guess i chose wrong. Thats what tokin' does to ya!:rasta:
But yeah that stuff can really be a life saver, its quick and easy.

Yep, thats the stuff, mine wasnt a spray it was in a can that you had to use your fingers with. But it was the same idea.

Ussually they heal on there own if it's not that bad.

Hell yes, all that is exposed to air. What you need to do is untie all that shit. Fill in the cracks with the seal. Then tie it back exactly how it was.
Thats how i would do it.
