just making sure, but marijuana seeds are legal for possesion in canada right?

I'm not sure if they're legal, but if there are laws, they deffinetly aren't enforced. I was in Montreal a year ago and a few headshops sold seeds right at the counter. Also, alot of seed companies operate out of Cananda. Seed laws (if there are any) are deffinetly enforced less than their pot laws.
