I think if everyone here would work out a little more we'd have alot fewer idiots and suicide threads lol...i started by doing as many pushups as i could (like 10 at first) and every night or every other night i still do as many pushups as i can, i used to be kinda skinny and twig-like. but now ive got some muscle and tone and its so awesome it imporves self-esteem its healty and why not do it? what do you have to lose? just do it as soon as you read this and keep up the self-motivation and i guarentee that in a few weeks you will be SO much happier.

its just kinda weird to think about how one little thing every night can make a huge difference in everyday life, i take maybe 30-45 sec of some serious workout on whichever parts of my bodt im insecure with, and within a few days i always notice a change and if you keep at it you can really change yourself and your mood, also who wouldnt mind being a little stronger and more fit physically?

I lift weight, use my torso trainer, and run on my treadmill in the morning for 15 minutes, and at night for 20 minutes.

I do boxing, that's good enough for me, the workout is quite intense, you can feel all the muscles in your body pumping, been doing that for 4 years now. But thats not every day, thats only once a week. But yea, it does help with self confidence alot.

It should be a part of everybodys daily life. Hittin the weights only makes a muthafucka feel better and gets u pumpin for the rest of the day (thats if u lift early.)

I'll def. agree that lifting and exercising gets you in a good frame of mind. I lift and train almost year-round for soccer, which I don't know if I like that much, but it all translates out on the pitch, and I can see and feel a difference from it. For me, I have to be working towards something (but it doesnt always have to be a goal persay, just an area of improvement). Like now, mine's to improve my quickness and agility as well as gain a little speed so I fly come the season in Aug. :)

Now to go smoke and reflect....lol..
