Chronic headaches.

I was wondering why i always get a really bad headaches on my come downs lately? Is it the fact that weed dehydrates you? Should i be drinking more water before i toke? :rasta:

I know your blood sugar level drops , so eating or drinking something sweet might help , caffeine could help too.
