Harvest time... need advice

Ok well pistels on the main bud are looking about 60% orange but the 1'ns on the side braches are'nt, ive checked a small piece of leaf under the microscope and most Trichomes are looking cloudy, with a couple of amber 1's in there, what should i do.

Its only the top buds that are showing a significant change in colour,

can u harvest bud by bud?

or should i give them another week?

definately pick bud by bud. Only pick ones that are ready.
