Placing International Calls (specifically to England)

Okay I read about putting the country code in, but whatever I do I can't get my effing call to go through to england! WTF

Is there a different way I must dial the number?

England is +44 and then Always starts (0) . . . . . . .

There is a Area Code first, either 4 or 5 numbers long the main number consisting of 6 or 7 numbers
