Do they usually give you a drug test when you go to court?

I will be in court in a few days for possession of a small amount, do you think they'd test?

Idunno, I'm actually wondering the same thing as I will soon be making my own court appearance for a similar offence.....

i got a citation for paraphenelia. i was not drug tested at court. i signed up for a substance abuse program, and never got piss tested there eiether. but i only got a citation, not arrested.

Where I live, they always give you an initial drug test at your first court date, and they make their decision based on the result of said test. Though I don't see the point, if you get a possession charge, you obviously smoke... :rolleyes:

they gave me a drug test on my final court date. Luckily I was clean, but my lawyer says that if you admit to the judge that you won't pass they will usually give you a stern lecture and you'll probably get random uas throughout your probation.
