im here m8ie,,,,just being working out. i got a routine set up 3 days @ the gym 1 day off 3 days on 1 day off ect ect....and been working overtime @ work to pay 4 all this gym workouts ;) im not doing a disappearing act on you guys :) just that this site fecking 0wnes me!!!!!! :D
