How do you know if it's Indica or Sativa

I just got some really good bud and I'm pretty sure it's Sativa but I was wondering if there were any ways to know which is which. Not by plants but by the weed itself. Any help is appreciated.

Indica can have a blue tint to the leaves around the bud. It is usually denser than Sativa also. but don't forget most pot you will find is usually cross breeds

ya harmonic is right, the majority of the strains out there are mixes... id say smoke a bowl to yourself, if you dont get up, its probably indica or mostly indica

I forget which is which but ones gives you more of a mental effect and the other is more of a body effect, like a couchpotato feeling. I don't really know.

Indica is couchlock, Sativa is energetic.

I would prefer the couchlock one. I dont understand why people smoke in public n shit. When I smoke I like to stay home by myself and trip out.

Nooo I already knew that Indica gave you more of a body high and a couchlock and all that but I was just wondering if there was a way to tell by how the weed looks.

Just Indica and Sativa ... Salvia is a type of sage, and has nothing to do with marijuana at all. Whole different animal.
