This kid got in the HTS threads and just started talking nonsense. Accusing every one of helping HTS out and being part of a scam circle. But he also says has never even done mom before so has no business in the thread in the first place.

I argued with him longer than I should have because it was just a big waist of time. He is just making spam and talking about things he has no business in. Please consider a ban here.

Thanks,

Base

You are a liar and should be banned. You made a mistake because when he reads the thread he will see...and I am a 40+ woman not a little kid so you should have made the effort to have figured that one out.

Perhaps you two should start your own websites, then you can ban each other to your hearts content.

Okay Kiwi, let me ask you a question here. Do some mods like to delete threads
rather than just close them ? I've noticed one in particular that seems to but I may be wrong.
We lose a heck of a lot of info when threads are totally deleted. I guess that's the "quick fix", but is it any harder to just close a thread than delete it ?
I've seen that happen several times now.

you know I also feel if threads are closed instead of deleted perhaps more folks could see where the line is so they don't cross it themselves. I would not even mind a mod explination at the end of closing, in fact I might prefer it.
Those who forget their history are bound to repeat it.

:pimp: Alot of times the thread will be deleted because theres just too many posts in it that are offensive or just plain crap, and to delete each post that is needed to be removed is alot of work and can be time consuming. Yes I agree that at times it may be easier to close the thread rather than delete, but alot of times the issue of the closed thread will just carry over to another thread, and so it continues.:(
Each MOD has their own way of managing how they do things and I am certain none of us get any joy out of deleteing, closing or doing bannings but it is something that needs to be done and has to be done to try to ensure this site is running as smoothly as possible.
Please don't get me wrong, all of your feedback and suggestions are appreciated and needed to help make this site a place for ALL members to enjoy. The MODS are only human and at times we do make mistakes but none of this is done with the intention of offending any members.

REGARDS

well put kiwi,
Although I think that if the mod hammer struck a bit more often, and a bit harder, people would stay around a little longer. The use of profanity is accepted apparently, but those entirely nonsense threads do grind some gears from time to time... ;) imho
'part from that top job on the site.

And Shelbay is just mouthy, no need to lock up angry kittens, sooth them I say. ;)

and nothing here is ever lost permanently. all deleted threads/posts can be brought up at any time...

Interesting. Well I'm sure yall keep database backups. I know some places use hidden trash forums too. A great idea. The only problem is that nothing shows up in a search which can just add to confusion. A closure ends a confrontation while preserving accuracy and context. It also gives users a clear warning.

For the explanation... I kinda' figured that was the reason, as it would be very time consuming when some of these threads go 4 pages minimum most of the time.
What's really bad at times, is the thing that gets the thread deleted is totally off topic from the original subject.

Kiwi, your choice of words, for a medical marijuana user who uses partially because of resonating effects from double-vision, and who doesn't, clearly, have the positive effects of Cannabis Sativa flowing through his body, yet, made your sentence seem like you banged a whiney bitch.

Actually, every one of them.
