Great documentory on a sweat shop in China. Young girls work 14-20 our shifts for about $1.20/day. They have to make quota's or it's a dock in their pay. If they are caught with a party of the opposite sex from Mon. through Sat., locked in the compounds walls, they are docked a months pay. Only on Sun. does the factory owner allow the employees to leave and have relationships.
The machinery isn't any where near OSHA safe not to mention the chemicals they breath in that would no way be allowed in the states. The housing was just as desirable. 12 people crammed into a small living quarters locked behind the brick wall with a barb wire topper....like a prison camp.
Yipper, China sure has it on our asses! When a population of 1.2 billion gets pissed off enough at the elite group. Revolution will be right around the corner for sure.
By the way, the factory owner had clear profit of $1.5 million!
