wen should i start adding neutriants to the water if my seeds av just germinated, and what neutriants should i use

try to use a nutrient with an npk(nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium) level of 10-10-10 for vegging and also use a table spoon per gallon of water every so often of epsom salts to keep up magnesium levels. i start ferting after two weeks.
